Booking Terms & Conditions – Hamlet Travel Ltd
1. Booking and Deposit
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received by Hamlet Travel Ltd. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified at the time of booking.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Payments and Client Funds
All payments made to Hamlet Travel Ltd are held in a designated segregated account and used solely for the provision of the travel services associated with the booked trip.
4. Services Provided
Hamlet Travel Ltd organises and coordinates accommodation, activities, and local services as described in the trip itinerary. Certain elements of the trip may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
5. Changes to Itinerary
While every effort is made to operate the itinerary as advertised, Hamlet Travel Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, or supplier availability.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, fitness, travel document, and insurance requirements relevant to the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
8. Cancellation by Customer
If a participant cancels their booking, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9. Cancellation by Organiser
If the trip is cancelled by Hamlet Travel Ltd due to insufficient participants or circumstances beyond reasonable control, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund of payments made.
10. Liability
Hamlet Travel Ltd acts as organiser and coordinator of the trip. Liability for services provided by independent suppliers rests with those suppliers to the extent permitted by law.
11. Force Majeure
Hamlet Travel Ltd shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or travel disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
